 Hi, I'm Suresh Salunkhe. Welcome to ParamGrowth.academy! 

I am a seasoned Product Management and Business Growth Coach, Consultant, and Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Having founded four startups and launched 16 products, I specialize in Product Discovery, Product Management, Agile Execution, Product-led Business Growth, and Mentorship.

My passion lies in helping entrepreneurs, startup founders, and product managers bring their ideas to life, overcome challenges, and build businesses that make a meaningful impact.

I have successfully trained and coached entrepreneurs, startup founders, and product managers, helping them master product discovery, market research, product strategy & roadmap planning, product management, business planning and go-to-market strategies.

As the Founder of ParamGrowth Consulting and ParamGrowth Academy, I empower organizations and professionals to build high-impact products and scale their businesses efficiently.

Turning Passion Into Purpose  

Entrepreneurship, for me, is more than a career—it’s a way of life. My passion for innovation and problem-solving began early, from creating perfumes as a curious child to launching small trading ventures during my school years. These formative experiences ignited my entrepreneurial spirit and instilled a deep appreciation for the joy of building and creating. When I transitioned into the corporate world, I realized that traditional job roles often limited my creativity and vision. This realization sparked my decision to carve my own path—a journey filled with lessons, resilience, and fulfilling milestones that shaped who I am today.

Entrepreneurial Journey  

  1. Atharva Innovations (2006):
    I launched my first entrepreneurial venture, Atharva Innovations, as an industrial tools trading business. I became the youngest global dealer for SECO Tools, the second-largest cutting tools manufacturer at the time. In addition to SECO, I successfully partnered with 50 other industrial consumables brands, building a robust foundation in the trading industry and client relationships.
  2. Bizporto Information (2010):
    To address challenges I encountered in my earlier business, I founded Bizporto—a lead-generation platform designed to help local businesses secure valuable leads. Over the next five years, Bizporto grew exponentially, listing over 1 lakh businesses and acquiring 4,000 paid members, with annual fees ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹60,000. We expanded operations to six cities across Maharashtra and Indore, built a team of 110 employees, and created a thriving ecosystem for small businesses. In 2015, I exited the business to pursue my next venture.
  3. Buymaxo Online (2016):
    Buymaxo was a B2B eCommerce platform catering to industrial consumables and serving 16,000+ pincodes across India. I co-founded this venture with exceptionally talented partners—one, a former CTO of Amazon Pay, and another, a graduate of Case Western University with over 10 years of operational experience. Together, we built and scaled Buymaxo over 3.5 years. However, with the onset of COVID-19 and funding challenges, we had to close the platform in 2020, marking one of the most valuable learning experiences in my entrepreneurial journey.
  4. Product & Growth Management (2020–2022):
    Leveraging my extensive experience in building and scaling startups, I transitioned into freelancing as a product and growth management consultant. During this time, I collaborated with clients to design and launch nine products across diverse industries, including automotive, industrial, food-tech, and jewelry. Key products included:
    • A Platform for Manufacturing as a Service (MaaS).
    • Vendor Management Software.
    • Dealers Management Software (DMS).
    • An eCommerce platform for Bajaj Auto's Chetak scooters.
    • A sales app for back-office and field sales force.
    • A driving behavior monitoring and mentoring app for the UK market.

These projects deepened my understanding of product-led and data-driven strategies while creating meaningful value for businesses.

5. ParamGrowth Consulting (2023):

In 2023, I founded ParamGrowth Consulting with a vision to partner with growth-focused companies (₹10–1,000 Cr in revenue). Our mission is to define product visions, craft growth strategies, select the right technologies, and foster digitization to unlock business potential. ParamGrowth empowers businesses to achieve sustainable growth through a combination of data insights and product-led frameworks, making an impact in various industries.

6. ParamGrowth.academy (2025): 

In my earlier ventures, I mentored aspiring entrepreneurs, albeit within limited time constraints. Having successfully founded four startups and built 16 products, I am now in a much stronger position to share my knowledge and experiences. My passion lies in mentoring and coaching aspiring entrepreneurs, product managers, and growth-stage founders by equipping them with proven strategies and techniques to ideate, build, launch, and scale products—and, ultimately, their businesses. This platform goes beyond teaching what to do; it also emphasizes what not to do, helping you avoid common pitfalls, save valuable resources like time and money, and, most importantly, protect your morale during your entrepreneurial journey.
