1. Webinars and Live Courses
- Refund requests submitted at least
24 hours before the scheduled start time of the webinar or live course will be honored.
- Refunds will not be provided for requests made less than 24 hours before or after the event has started.
- If the session is canceled or rescheduled by us, you are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- Approved refunds will be processed within
5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Any processing or transaction fees incurred during payment may not be refundable.
2. Recorded Courses
- We offer a
full refund for recorded courses if the request is made within
7 days of purchase, regardless of usage. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience.
- Refunds within this period will be processed without the need for explanation or proof.
- Refunds will be processed within
5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Paid Communities

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available if requested within
48 hours of joining the community.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available if requested within
7 days of joining the community.
- Access to community content and features will be revoked upon refund approval.
- Refunds are not provided beyond the above timelines as immediate access to exclusive resources, tools, and discussions is granted upon joining.
4. General Terms
- If duplicate payments are made, the additional payment will be refunded after verification.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues) unless the course or event is permanently canceled by us.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if abuse of the policy is detected or if the terms of this policy are not met.
